Prosperity Management Services is celebrating a strong start to the new year, as its Hardy Oaks Place apartments were once again recognized as being among the Elite 1% of Properties in the Nation in 2018. It marks the second consecutive year that the Prosperity property has received the distinguished honor. According to J Turner Research, approximately 1,234 properties made it into the Elite rankings this past year.

Though many properties earned a spot on the list, it takes an exceptional score to place on the newest list -- as an exhaustive, year-long evaluation of online reviews was conducted and the property must earn an overall ORA score of 88 or higher to be considered. Hardy Oak Place exceeded that threshold with a score of 90.
The ORA score is an aggregate compilation of a property’s ratings across various apartment review sites. In 2019, the J Turner Research team analyzed more than 101,000 properties across 19+ review sites and apartment internet listing services. This score serves as a benchmark to compare a company’s individual properties and portfolios nationally, regionally, and against competition.
