CEO & Founder
With more than 25 years industry experience, Caroline Kane serves as the CEO of Prosperity Management Services. Her leadership at CKR is based on an unwavering commitment to both the physical and financial aspects of multi-family asset management. She and her team of professionals offer real estate investors a proven, time-tested option for full-service property management.
Caroline has led her team in managing numerous multi-family properties throughout the Houston region, leading the industry in efficiency and service. She was recently featured as a guest writer for the Houston Business Journal, providing unique insights into managing numerous multi-family communities during historical natural disasters such as Hurricane Harvey. In the international 2018 Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service she was recognized as a Business Development Executive of the Year, while in 2017 she was named a recipient of the prestigious One Planet Award as the Female Maverick of the Year, underscoring her long-standing commitment to excellence for all levels of investors.
Caroline currently serves as a member of the Forbes Real Estate Council, one of the nation’s preeminent communities for senior-level real estate executives. She was previously awarded the National Apartment Association's Independent Rental Owner Professional (IROP) designation, the National Designation of ARM® (Accredited Residential Manager) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), as well as her Real Estate Salesperson's License from the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). She has served as a speaker in the Lifestyles Unlimited real estate investing education and mentoring group as well as a trusted vendor member. Other affiliations include The National Apartment Association, The Institute of Real Estate Management, The Texas Real Estate Commission, the Texas Apartment Association and the Houston Apartment Association.
Kerry Ream oversees the day-to-day operations to insure excellence at every every step. He performs deep-dives on the financial aspects of the assets under management to maximize profits and efficiency. He is also heavily involved in emplyee training and development at Prosperity. He brings more than 25 years of business management experience. He previously led operations at publicly-traded hospitality companies, serving in several management positions that oversaw numerous properties and employees spanning eight states and brought that multi-unit experience to the Prosperity team in 2015.
Kerry brings a unique mix of business acumen and customer service excellence – ensuring that Prosperity's team consistently nurtures its relationships with investors, tenants, employees and vendors. Specializing in strategic planning, new systems implementation, customer service standardization and training. He attended The University of Texas at Austin.
Vice President of Operations
Maribel Munoz serves as a Regional Manager for Prosperity Management Services and is responsible for overseeing multiple Multi-Family Assets in the Houston Market. Munoz joined the Prosperity team in 2015 and has more than a decade’s worth of strong experience in Multi-Family Property Management, serving at all levels, over multiple assets.
Her knowledge of acquisitions and skill in seamless transitions are invaluable to both residents and investors alike. Maribel’s organizational skills and attention to detail continue to insure the success of her portfolio.
Maribel monitors comparable and sub-market activity, making continuous adjustments based on sub-markets and competitors. She is a master of Social Media, marketing, Prosperity systems and software ad well as other industry tools, thus maximizing every dollar for every investor.
Yadira Lopez serves as a Regional Manager for Prosperity Management Services. Yadira joined the Prosperity team in 2013. She brings more than 10 years of successful and diverse property management experience with an emphasis on operations and customer service. During her career, she has been involved with all aspects of multi-family property management.
Yadira’s responsibilities include the oversight and supervision of all daily operations of multiple apartment properties, investor correspondence, the management of property-level renovation and CAPEX projects, as well as heading up due-diligence teams for prospective asset feasibility.
Throughout her career, Yadira has gained extensive knowledge in property renovations and the repositioning of an asset within its sub-market. Lopez received the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) Designation from the National Apartment Association in 2013.
Leah Doreza has served as Prosperity's Senior Property Accountant since 2015. With more than two decades of experience in real estate accounting, Doreza’s real-world understanding of Multi-Family Property Accounting and her passion for the industry make her an invaluable part of the Prosperity team.
Leah is familiar with all software and their abilities to import and export data to maximize needed analysis. She has used Yardi, Prosperity’s Accounting and Property Management Software, for nearly 20 years. Prior to coming to Texas a decade ago, Doreza handled the accounting for a large commercial portfolio in Beverly Hills, California for many years.
Leah has her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Her detailed knowledge of financials and her expertise in real estate accounting specifically enable her to manage the books of Prosperity’s many entities within its portfolio. Her dedication and integrity have helped to make Prosperity Management Services into the Real Estate Management Company that countless investors in the Houston area know and trust.
Senior Property Accountant
Jennifer Vaughn serves as Assistant Regional Manager and is responsible for the oversight of reporting accuracy of all Prosperity multi-family properties. She brings more than 30 years of experience in conventional multi-family housing management. Jennifer has increased efficiency and success in operations by focusing on the property's financial performance. Jennifer acts as liaison with Property-level, weekly reporting to all Prosperity investors.
Honoring her proven expertise, Jennifer has been awarded multiple industry recognitions, including Excellence in Improving Occupancy, Outstanding Achievement in Property Management Operations, and Excellence in Maximizing Net Operating Income.
Asst. Regional Manager
Lauren Sievers has been involved in property management at all levels for over a decade now and has been with Prosperity since 2013. She serves as Director of Bookkeeping for all Prosperity properties.
Lauren’s previous experience as the bookkeeper of more than1,000 units, as well as the Commercial Property Manager of a 70,000 sf office building, has made her an invaluable resource to Prosperity in its many endeavors. While keeping track of multi-family property finances, she also maintains her commitment to the highest levels of customer service. It’s factors like these that make Prosperity appealing for those looking to invest in Houston-area properties.
Lauren holds her NALP Designation from the National Apartment Association as well as her Certificate of Accounting.
Director of Bookkeeping
